The Israeli Perfecto SOLD for around 200$ Million
U.S.-based software company Perforce Software Inc. has agreed to buy Israeli mobile quality assurance company Perfecto Mobile Ltd. for approximately $200 million. The terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release announcing the acquisition, expected to close later this year.
Perfecto Mobile, a software testing company founded in Israel in 2006, by CEO Eran Yariv, CTO Yoram Mizrahi and Jacky Allal. The company offers app developers the ability to continuously test and monitor mobile and digital user experiences in real time. The company says it has more than 3,000 customers. It had previously raised some $90 million.
Among the company backers are California-based venture capital firm Technology Crossover Ventures, San Francisco-based growth equity firm FTV Capital, Carmel Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners, and Vertex Venture Israel. Perfecto employs some 300 people, mostly in Israel and in Boston. The company also operates offices in Germany, Mexico, Switzerland, the U.K., France, and Canada.
